Jim has more than 34 years of management experience in operations, administration, customer service and human resources. He's held various positions with Pan American World Airways, Northwest Airlines and The Perry Group, an aerospace and aviation consulting firm. Jim taught aviation management as an associate professor at Purdue University. Prior to coming to Mays and Texas A&M in 2003, Jim served as the Assistant Dean and Director for Career Management at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in education and history and a master’s in business.
Sarah Minnis / Associate Director; MBA Career Consultant

Sarah is responsible for all facets of career management and advising for the MBA students. In addition, she works closely with hiring managers and recruiters to maximize their efforts to recruit the top MBA talent and provide exceptional service in meeting their needs. Prior to joining GBCS and Mays in 2006, she advised and counseled students at several universities, most recently the University of Washington. Sarah held positions in human resources, employee development, and employer relations in the Seattle area and has experience with global firms such as Amazon and Microsoft as well as several smaller firms. In addition, she owned her own career consulting company where she has focused on helping working adults with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search skills

Cindy is responsible for career management and advising for the Master’s students in Marketing, Human Resources Management, and Real Estate in Mays Business School. She also manages the annual Graduate Business Career Management Conference for the Mays graduate students and business partners. Before joining GBCS in 2004, Cindy held the position of financial and student services coordinator in Mays’ Center for Retailing Studies. She has nearly 18 years experience in career advising and promoting industry to graduate and undergraduates. Cindy has also worked with numerous organizations in the development internship programs including Walgreens and Kohl's Department Stores. She is a member of the Alliances and Partnership Committee with the National Association of Colleges and Employers and the USA Faculty Advisory Board for Students in Free Enterprise.
Stacey Cole / Assistant Director; Master's- Accting, Finance, and MIS Career Consultant

Stacey is responsible for all facets of career management and advising for the Masters students in Accounting, Finance and Information Systems / MIS. Stacey has six and a half years of management experience with Cingular where she was responsible for developing marketing strategies, streamlining work processes, forecasting, project management, and training and development of sales professionals. From February of 2007 until joining GBCS, Stacey served as the Assistant Director in the Business Fellows Program where she coordinated leadership experiences and development of the 45 Mays Business Fellows. Stacey is completing her Masters degree in Human Resource Development and is a member of the American Society of Training and Development.
Lori Donnell / Assistant Director, Employer Relations and Services

Lori is responsible for all facets of the GBCS's employer services and is the liaison between employers and graduate business students. She handles all employer needs and requests, ranging from managing the logistics and planning of the recruiting process to ensuring their catering needs are met, schedules are planned correctly, and all their needs are met during the interview days. Lori joined GBCS from the Department of Finance where she worked with Prof. David Blackwell with the Finance Advisory Board and Aggies on Wall Street programs. Prior to coming to Texas A&M, she and her husband, managed a ranch in Colorado for several years. Lori has a Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Animal Science.

Korey is the GBCS Administrative Assistant and office manager. She came to GBCS in early 2005 after moving back to Bryan / College Station. Korey previously served a data specialist at DeTar MedWorks in Victoria, ER Technician at Memorial Medical Center in Port Lavaca and clinical support specialist with Scott and White.
